چکیده
This document specifies PB-TNC, a Posture Broker protocol identical to the Trusted Computing Group's IF-TNCCS 2.0 protocol. The document then evaluates PB-TNC against the requirements defined in the NEA Requirements specification. Trusted Network Connect (TNC) requires both user authentication and integrity validation of an endpoint before it connects to the internet or accesses some web service. However, as the user authentication and integrity validation are usually done via independent protocols, TNC is vulnerable to the Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attack. This paper analyzes TNC which uses keys with Subject Key Attestat...

When establishing a VPN to connect di erent sites of a network, the integrity of the involved VPN endpoints is often a major security concern. Based on the Trusted Platform Module (TPM), available in many computing platforms today, remote attestation mechanisms can be used to evaluate the internal state of remote endpoints automatically. However, existing protocols and extensions are either uns...
متن کاملAn analytical model of TNC controller
Abstract. TNC controllers are microprocessor systems, used for data transmission in Packet Radio network that may be considered as an example of a wireless, wide area network. On the basis of Packet Radio infrastructure we may also form telemetric and remote control network using APRS protocol. TNC controllers may cooperate with other similar networks as well. In this paper, an analytical model...
